15 minute warm up
The "REAL THING" 4.5 miles of brutalness... The first 3 miles were ok (of course still hard uphill) but mile 3 to 4 were just Brutal! I had to walk like 3 times just in that mile.. the last half mile was flat and felt good to kick it in Time-- 49:17 Ran 2 miles down the brutal hill as a cool down
