Personal:

Just started running XC last summer with Coach Barnes at Riverton High. One year of long distance track, competing in all three distance events. Now on the Cross Country team at UVU for my freshman year of college.

"Last Run with Barnesy" well maybe.. who knows, I always manage to throw in another run with him and think that might be the last one :)
Well anyways.. we ran an easy 5 mile loop around Riverton.
I leave for my first xc camp with the UVU team tomorrow!
