Just started running XC last summer with Coach Barnes at Riverton High. One year of long distance track, competing in all three distance events. Now on the Cross Country team at UVU for my freshman year of college.
Today was a good old workout in the gym. I went and biked for 30 minutes (8 miles) and did the elliptical for 10 minutes (2 miles). And of course I must throw in a 10 minute core workout.
