Craig and I did a hill workout this morning. We did a 1.5 mile warm-up, then ran up and down Roberts hill. I did it 6 times (.54 mi up&down). Craig did it 10 times! I tried to push it going up, but I think I could've done better. I was a speedster coming down though! After the workout Craig twisted his ankle stepping off a curb. DANG IT! I think I'm more distraught than he is. He signed up for the marathon and is planning to do it in 1 week. I hope he heals! |
