| Ran 6.5 with Travis (SB out n back), then Craig and I went 4 more to get in 10. Craig is trying to decide whether or not to run the Provo marathon....we shall see. |

| We completed our long run on Oahu. It was beautiful the first and last 5 miles. We did an out and back course going along the beach, then around Diamondhead crater, then more along the beach. The middle 10 were inland highway miles and much more difficult. Craig felt ok til mile 14 then hit a bit of a rough spot. He made it through....still deliberating the marathon. We shall see. I think he should do it, he'll do awesome! |

| Ran same route as our long run. We got to run with fab Amber! Thanx for running Amber-it was fun! And no better place to run than in Hawaii! However, our eyes were opened to the "night life," which extends to the early morning hours on Waikiki....good thing we had our bodyguard Craig running with us. We may have gotten solicited for a whopping $10...unless 10 fingers is code for $10,000. It's a good thing we weren't wearing our high heels! |
