| Ran 1 mile with Addy in AM. She's starting her training for the mile run at school next week:)

Ran 8 with Mary in her neighborhood. To echo out and back. Franklin loop. AP 8:36. Felt dizzy and lightheaded first half. Drank a lot after 3.6 miles and felt much better. We are not used to hot humid weather! What a contrast from the winter. Leaves are budding on trees. The world here has transformed into a bright, green, warm, colorful place!
