Went to the gym today...so much easier with the girls. I wanted to mix it up a little so I did the stair master for 30 minutes. That was hard. I'm not sure how they calculate miles, but it said on there I did 3.9...I''ll take it! Then I did some abs and push ups followed by 3.3 (7:30, 7:30, 6:18, cool) more on the treadmill, then another 2 sets of abs and push ups. |
