I have ran 18 marathons so far... St. George X12, Salt Lake X2, Deseret News X1, Boston X2.  Dearborn, Michigan X1. My marathon PR is 3:15, my 1/2 marathon PR is 1:28

Short-Term Running Goals:

Sub 3 Marathon 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Never stop running!

Personal:

I am married to a great supporter and running partner, Craig.  I have 2 beautiful girls, Addy and Hope, and 2 bouncing boys, Hayden and Miles.  

WE are moving to Utah, then India, then settling in Las Vegas this next year.  I'm looking forward to new running adventures everywhere I go :)

Speed work ladders with marymary and khumba @ Lahser track 

1 mile warm up, then 400-600-800-600-400 X2 with 1/2 lap recovery in between

400 splits 1:30, 1:26, 1:25, 1:31

600 splits 2:19, 2:19, 2:15, 2:19

800 splits 3:03, 3:14

Felt nauseaus on the 2nd set.   I felt like I slowed down considerably, but my second set splits aren't as slow as I thought

New motto for speed work from @wecanallbehealthy: sweat, SMILE, and repeat.
