I have ran 18 marathons so far... St. George X12, Salt Lake X2, Deseret News X1, Boston X2.  Dearborn, Michigan X1. My marathon PR is 3:15, my 1/2 marathon PR is 1:28

Sub 3 Marathon 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Never stop running!

Personal:

I am married to a great supporter and running partner, Craig.  I have 2 beautiful girls, Addy and Hope, and 2 bouncing boys, Hayden and Miles.  

WE are moving to Utah, then India, then settling in Las Vegas this next year.  I'm looking forward to new running adventures everywhere I go :)

Ok, I feel like I  can refocus and be a runner again!  Craig's schedule this month is great! He doesn't have to go in until 10 AM, which gives me a chance to run in the good outdoors.  How refreshing!

Ran out & back course along Lahser.  Beautiful foggy morning.  Got better the farther I went.

Oh my long lost friend!!! How are you? I miss you and want to talk to you and catch up on everything. so happy for you that you can run in the mornings and have a running partner too! When are you coming into town? Cant wait to see you and hang out w/ you! I'll call you soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
