It was an inspiring day!  Amber invited me to go watch her friend do a time trial to try to get a sub-14 minute 5K.  So amazing to be in the presence of these elite runners.  SO COOL!  He did not quite make his time, but I was so incredibly impressed by the speed and focus of this runner (he runs for SUU).

Then Amber and  I ran together after.  So nice of her to slow down and run with me!  She is taking a break for a month before she starts training for another Olympic trial.  It was fun to catch up.  I was breathing hard at our pace of 8:03 avg.  We ran from Dixie High to the trail out and back.  So fun! We decided we will both do Boston 2017. YAY!
