I was a beautiful day.  I felt awesome, it felt really good to pick up my pace and run to music...I ran to Craigs list, "Dance Friender Dance," "Are we human, or are we runner?"   I ran a route I used to run with Meagan, parallel to skunk trail, then along the wall-out and back.

I am going to miss AZ.  Today was a run down memory lane. I thought of all the runs I've done since living here.  When I first moved here and ran with Meagan... dying in the heat and going without water!  She started the MWU running club.  It was awesome to get up and have a group to run with 3 days a week.  She was a great motivator.  Then running with Cami.  She and I had similar pace and goals.  We trained for St George together.  I remember doing mile repeats with her at the track...doing our long runs on the skunk trail out and back out and back.....  Then one year I trained with Cameron, he was doing the Logan marathon.  We would do late night runs starting at 9-10pm. One year I trained with Taya while she was training for Ogden.  For awhile a group of us girls on campus ran together....most were just beginners --it was fun to see them progress to run 3 miles. Then there was Christi and Liora.  I was supposedly their trainer.  I don't think I should do it professionally.  Christi did finish her marathon and did great!  She only had two months of training and had never ran more than a 10K..I'm very proud of her!  Liora is working toward her 5K, she'll do it!

I'll miss running at Arrowhead Lakes, skunk trail, utopia.  The weather here is perfect nearly 9 months out of the year.  What am I going to do in Detroit?  I'm glad to have this blog.  You are all my virtual running partners.  You motivate and inspire me.  Thank you!
