I want to improve and perform really well on my college team!
Long-Term Running Goals:
We ran the last part of the race that we are doing as a team on Thursday (5 mi). I felt good, just a bit fatigued and slow.
3 sets of 25 crunches.
6 minutes to a six pack work out.
2 mi. My left shin starting hurting towards the end of a hill but then stopped on flat and downhill.
3 sets of 25 crunches, 3 sets of 10 pushups.
Deseret News 10K was my first 10k. My time was 49.21. I felt good throughout the race (I iced my shins yesterday) and felt like I finished strongly.
2 mi cool down.
I am so sore today. I took some ibuprofen and ran a little. The right side of my left ankle is feeling weird.
