Long-Term Running Goals:
Had a stupid cold, don't feel like running at all.
Hike/run to Twin Peaks at around 3 in the afternoon (HOT!). Ran up the hills and hiked them.
2 mi warm up, 2 mi fireman, and 2 mi cool down. The right side of my left calf felt tight.
3 sets of 25 crunches, 3 sets of 10 girl push ups.
I'm getting over this dumb cold virus. Who gets a cold in the middle of summer anyway??
