AM: 6:00 felt way early this morning. We ran to Sunnyside and did some tempo work. My shins and calves were really sore. I stretched my calves and they felt better after that, however, my shins hurt walking after the run.
Afternoon: Did one mile warm up, 2 miles of speed change, one mile cool down. Took it easy. My shins hurt after the work out walking around. Iced them. |
