This morning was the Children's Justice Center 5k in West Jordan. It was nice and cool this morning and the course was pretty flat the whole way. It wasn't windy down there and was pleasant. I got a PR!! The course may have been a little short of a 5k but it still would've been a PR anyways - 21:50.  I won first woman overall and then of course, first in my age division.

Good job on your PR. You are going to have an amazing cross country season, and I'm sure you will blow your times away from last year. Way to go on top woman! I hope you got some good prizes.
