2 mi warm up, felt good. 4 miles of farlick (is that it?). It was sort of tough but ankle didn't hurt. 2 mi cool down.
3 sets of crunches, 3 sets of girl pushups.
I'm glad the 3 days of rest and recovery helped my ankle. I'll ice today and keep taking it easy. Hopefully the work out today won't injure it! |
