The team ran from the JCC up the mountains. It was 3 miles up but geez, it felt like more. The mountains were gorgeous this morning and I was thinking of what a great place to run. Other runners from different areas can't experience trail running that's within 5 minutes from their home. We're lucky to be able to run with a dry climate, beautiful scenery, and cool canyon breezes.

I was grateful I wasn't hurting, however, on the 4th mile I fell. I just got scraped up and it didn't cause anything more than a little blood (thank goodness). Last night I iced my ankle and thigh in the places they had been hurting the day before and it paid off. Now today I will do the same eventhough they weren't bothering me. I just don't want to get injured this year!!

3 sets of 25 crunches and 3 sets of 15 girl push ups.
