AM-10 miles with 6 miles at 6:30-6:40/mile pace. 1% incline. Warm up and cool down on the roads. SI joint giving me issues this morning for some reason.. Not as bad as in the past but still annoying.. Pushups, crunches, and ab/adduction exercises after.
Went home and ate like a pig while watching "Monuments Men". Awesome movie and highly recommended.
