Personal:
No run today. Stayed home and did some reading instead.
AM-5 miles with 3 miles of fartlek. Last half mile in 2:31. Hip stretches, crunches and push ups afterwards. 7th east out and back.
Easy-medium run of 13 miles along Deseret News route. Maybe next year.
AM-Easy 5 miles out and back on 7th.
PM-No run. Busy finishing a project for a client.
Another busy day this time cleaning the house so only one run today. A nice solid 3 mile tempo run in the middle of a six miler. 16:57 for 3 miles at lunchtime. 6 miles total along 7th east loop. Ab workout and pushups after.
Easy 30 minute recovery run today for 4 miles. That is all..
