Personal:
Easy 90 minutes before church. Very warm and humid out today. 12 miles total.
AM-Easy 4 miles this morning.
PM-Easy 3 mile jog after work.
7 miles with 3x1 mile with equal jog rest. I don't time them because it doesn't matter to me anyway. It just makes for a solid workout when you don't have enough time:)
6 miles out and back with 3 miles at 10k effort pace. Rail trail out and back.
Easy 7 miles on the trail again. Easy 7-8/min pace most of the way with some pickups at the end.
Easy-medium hard effort run on the trail. 8 miles total.
AM-Easy 6 mile jog this morning.
PM-Easy-medium 8 miles on the rail trail. The heat this afternoon made the heart rate soar of course so I had to really slow this one down.
