PM-6 miles then 2 more after work n the mill.
PM-10 mile progressive steady state run. Up to the bench and down.
PM-Easy 6 miles before work on 7th/94th o/b.
PM-4.5 miles total out running/walking and doing a couple of errands.
PM-15 miles total with a 6 mile progressive run. 2 miles easy around home afterwards. Cottonwood/Sandy bench o/b. 97 degrees F when I left and only 94 by the time I got back!
PM-10.5 miles easy jog/run. Murray/Cottonwood bench to home o/b.
