PM-Easy 7 mile run.
AM-Easy 3 miles before lunch.
PM-9 miles steady state late evening.
AM-Easy 5 mile jog early this morning. Big breakfast this morning put my lights out. I needed the nap though..
AM-Progressive 7 mile run with a walk/jog cool down at the end.
AM-Easy 6 miles with some pickups at 5k effort. 93 degrees and windy.
Easy 4 miles today. Tough to keep it easy with the heat.. Late night shifts at work make it hard to get up at an earlier hour. Really worried about a new surge in Covid 19 cases with kids going back to school. Thoughts?
