Easy 4 miles today. Its been tough getting the muster to keep moving forward lately. One of my best friends committed suicide. Still trying to process it..  He was there from the very beginning in grade school to adulthood. He took life by the horns. Even to the point of getting into a pickup game at the old Deseret Gym with the Utah Jazz.  I miss him..
