Personal:
Easy 6 mile recovery run before church. Just enough to put a good perspective on the day.
Easy 6 miles with a pickup in pace on the last 2 miles. The plan is to run longer runs around ninety minutes plus at 75-80% mhr three times a week with other days being short and easy. Back to the Lydiard style of training for a while:)
Easy 4.5 miles on 9th/7th.
Progressive run with the last 5 miles at MP. Parkway with 7th-20th east extension.
Easy 4 mile jog plus some time on the mountain bike.
Easy 10 miles with a pickup in pace to sub 6 min the last two miles. Parkway/7th east.
Easy 6 miles on Ft Union/7th east out and back.
