AM-6 miles on the Ancient Lakes trail area in Washington. No watch.

We had an awesome Italian dinner with extended family the night before. When you combine that with the beautiful weather and super clean country air, it just made for a really great run. I could have easily went farther and really wanted too, but our schedule just wouldn't permit it. 

No obnoxious farm dogs to contend with this time which was definitely a bonus..

AM-7 miles with random surges at 5k effort. Definite change in altitude compared to Washington.  Post recovery meal consisted of cheese and Honey Crisp apples which were the size of a softball. You don't see these apples very often in Utah if ever...  From what I'm told most of the crop is now exported to Japan and the remainder is priced as high as three dollars a pound here in the states. However I was lucky enough to get a bushel roughly.  Time to go get some carmel:)

AM-10 miles progressive with some speed changes in the middle. (1:09:41)

Stumbled onto some Doc Martin episodes on Netflix earlier this month. I'm hooked.. Did some stretching and pushups/crunches while watching season three.  Being a doctor was a childhood dream of mine.

Not as many pushups as Rob..  However, still a respectable number:)
