In the morning, 10 miles at about 6:30-7:00 miles. In the evening, another 10 miles with a 4 mile tempo.
8 easy miles in the morning, and 8 easy miles in the evening. Ran 6:30 pace in the evening.

12 mile run, 1 mile warmup, then hard about 6:00 - 6:20 pace on the Jordan River Trail. Headwind.
