AM-Easy 8 miles. 7th o/b. Caught a cold so I'm staying away from the gym for a while.
AM-6 miles easy. 7th/ob.
PM-5 miles easy jog. 7th o/b. Stopped at Dollar Tree on the run for M@Ms:) Lots of empty calories lately with all the miles..
AM-4 miles with pickups at the end. Nasty chill off the wind so I cut the workout short.
PM-Big zero with mild fever and aches. Feel like warmed over death.
AM-4 miles slow jog. Good thing it's a cutback week. Shorts today no joke!
AM-6 miles easy jog. 7th/o/b.
PM-6 miles on 7th/13th o/b.
AM-16 miles. 7th/94th/bench.
PM-5 mile jog. Union. Windy and rainy but I'll take it instead of snow any day.
AM-Easy 8 miles with 4 on the treadmill at 7-7:09/mi pace.
PM-Easy 4 mile jog. No watch.
