Personal:
AM-Very easy recovery run at 8-8:30/mile pace. 7 miles total.
AM-Easy run on the parkway trail. 8/min/mile pace. Sticking with a low key slower training pace approach for a while. The body demands it and besides I'm kind of enjoying my runs more this way right now.
AM-Easy 4.5 miles at 8/min pace. 7th east/State Street. Wearing the Skechers lately seems right for some reason biomechanically.
AM-A nice and easy pace.. 8 miles total.
Easy 7 miles on the parkway trail. 7-/8min pace.
Easy 5 miles 7th out and back. 7-8/min pace.
AM-6 miles with 3 min pickups after warming up. Time to get serious next week..
