Progressive pace run on the treadmill with incline.  Paces of  5:52, 5:40, 5:36, 5:30, 5:21, 5:09. 1-1.5% incline.  Started to really feel the pace on the last mile.  Probably more in the Vo2 max area but will still count it as threshold because of the overall nature of the workout. Good run but not as fresh as it could be.   Darkhorse out..

Easy six miles at 65-75% mhr.  Most at 6:40-7:00/mile.  Indoor track at Syracuse rec center.  Some lady really made my day when she asked me if I was a professional marathon runner. I said no but thanks anyway. She said but your so fast!  I thought it but didn't tell her out of modesty that this was a slow recovery day for me!   Guess I better slow down on my recovery days a bit more..  Darkhorse out.

Easy 6 miler again through the neighborhood. Next week is looking bad for training with my work schedule being the yo-yo that it is. Back to back over night shifts. Yikes!! No choice but roll with it unfortunately I guess.  I'm determined to PR this year and I will not be denied! LOL..  Darkhorse out.
