OK, I'm a tad obsessive compulsive. I ran a few more miles after the race. With a busy race schedule starting already, you get creative about getting in your long run!

Anyway, All I can say is hmm... I did my best, even to the point where at the end of the race I thought I was going to hack up a lung. Last mile in 5:15. I'll take that anyday. Dark Horse out...

Darkhorse, you and Sasha are awesome, thanks for running me in. 100 commando points for the last mile, you almost got another 100 for the upchuck. Also, you are so darn consistent in your racing, very impressive. I like your 20 mile plan, get the 20 miler in on race day. I am going to use that one in the future. Thanks again.

Stay Kool, run hard, have fun, B of BS Rools out

Cute Picture!! Great job today and adding on afterwards! Good Luck at Del Sol!

What a cute baby! Love it.

Congratulations on a stellar performance. Glad you still have both lungs, although I'm sure one of them would be worth a boatload of commando points.

Is this a PR for the course for you?

Nice running as always Steve! Nothing wrong with some OCD behaviors. At least that is what I tell myself when my wife laughs at me...Have a blast at Del Sol and enjoy it.
