Every summer I'm a stay at home dad who works part time (about three hours/day coaching) and I can say without a doubt it's when I'm the happiest.
Take care of yourself and every day try to do something that makes a positive difference in someone else's life, your kids especially. What's more important than that?
And one more thing… find me a man on his death bet who says "the only thing I regret is that I didn't spend more time at work".

Yeah I know what you mean. I would say more but I have to get going to work. Thanks. Did you race today?
