AM-Easy 4.5 miles. Still severely tight and sore on both sides.. Obviously dealing with a compensation injury of some sort.  Went home and drowned my sorrows in some good Stella Artois and Hank Williams. Yeah.. I know, but I'm only human.. Gimme a break today.  Im not one to sugarcoat my blog. I tell it how it is..

PM-Time to devote more energy towards other priorities in life.

I like my Hank Williams with straight bourbon. Sorry you are struggling.

I'm with Josh. Some straight up whiskey or a more blue collar beer with my Hank.

Here's what sometimes works for me Steve. It's rare when all the areas of my life are gelling together in perfect harmony. Running, family, job, all are occasionally out of whack. Sometimes all three at once. So what I do is focus on the one area that's easy to fix at the moment. For example, a good 10 mile trail run always helps. Also, any positive time spent with my wife or son or daughter helps too. Know what I mean? When I 'm playing put-put with Andy it doesn't really matter if my job sucks at the moment.

He loves put put more than Disneyland!

That's some good advice. Do one thing well, and the others will tend to fall into place.

Thanks, just a blah day is all. Tough to find motivation when your injured half the time. Realistically, things are slowly getting better with a chiropractors help. I think it's just the body trying to find a new balance and rebuild strength.
