AM-LT run this morning up to Draper trail point and back via State St. First warmup mi was a little quick coming in at 7:01. Started my watch for 3x11 minutes with 2 min slow recovery at 7-7:30/mi. Mainly effort based. Last mile downhill 114th in 5:13/mi pace. Short cooldown because of time restrictions.
PM-6 miles easy 7-7:30/mi. with 8min mile warmup. Neighborhood loop. Getting raw out here tonight. |
