AM-Easy 6 miles at 6:45-7:10/mi pace. 7th and Ft Union. PM-Progressive run of 6 miles starting at warm up 7:30/mile pace with the middle at 6-6:20 and the last 2 miles at 5:27-36/mile pace. Last 3/4 mile in 3:44. Downhill on the last but still felt pretty dang good:)
