Progressive tempo run with 3x15 min at high aerobic- MP effort with the last 5 min of the set at 10k pace effort. 80-95% mhr. One mile easy in between. Aerobic fitness is looking good and hopefully I'll be ready to race soon. 14 miles total on the Draper loop. 90-92 F. Was going to do a mile cooldown to make 15 but in a hurry to get somewhere. Pay for that one later I suppose.. Out. |
