AM-Easy 10 miles on 7th and 13th south loop.

PM-No second run today. My wife Kim suddenly came up with the idea of going to Lagoon today. Second workout in the afternoon heat? Or.. Lagoon with the family I said to myself. Nah.. Lagoon wins hands down every time. Have you ever ridden this new ride they call "Wicked"? Wow that thing gave me headache! One guy told me that at some points it will turn you at about 4 Gs. No wonder it rattled my brains.. We had a real blast though:)
