AM-5 miles easy with 1 mile pickup at the end around 5:32/mile.  Ran over a nail on horse trail because some idiot thought it would be a good idea to tear a treehouse down and then leave pieces of lumber around with nails in it.  I am so mad, now I have to go sit in the insta-care for an hour and lay down a co-pay for a tetanus shot. Could be worse I guess. I don't understand why I have been so accident prone lately.  Dark Horse out.

Your having some bad luck with the body Steve. We need to give you a bubble to live in.

The Darkhorse is back!!!! Good to see you out there running. Sorry about the nail piercing you, but you'll comeback strong.

What the...a nail?!? Geez! I've seen you run, you hardly touch the ground. Unlucky indeed. Well, hopefully you'll get all your flesh wounds out of the way at once this year.

And by the way, why don't you just donate the murder-mobile to charity? Good karma. It'll get you out of the "if there is a nail I must land right on it" state and back into the "I lead a charmed life" state, right? Here's hoping, anyway.
