Steady state run on the Draper parkway ascension course. Some rolling hills with 2x 20 minutes at marathon pace effort. 80-90% mhr. Everything went really well today for a change with only some residual tightness at the end, mainly in my calf. Last .5 mile in 2:34. Felt exceptionally strong during the workout. Man... I wish every day went like this!
