Nice clip at 6:30-6:40ish for 6 miles and then 2x2 miles at 5:18-5:36 with 5:36 on a slight grade and 5:18 going downhill on the last half mile.  Legs felt ok but not yet fully recovered from yesterday and Saturday.  Definitely taking it easier tomorrow for sure.

Saw Maureen on the road tonight and talked a bit.  It was a good thing because I was kind of crabby on the sleep side waking up this afternoon. Talking with her helped to put me into a little better mood :)

Great run my friend. When is your next race?

Glad I could help some, Steve. It was nice visiting with you. Makes me feel like a real runner. :)

Barry-Utah Valley Marathon, What are your plans coming up? By the way, you guys are looking pretty solid and consistent with that mileage. Have you done any speed work lately?

Maurine- What are you talking about? You are a real runner. Stay healthy, keep moving forward and St George will be in the bag.

Kory and i are not running together any more. I have been running by myself for three to four weeks now. I have been doing 6 - 8 pick-ups twice a week, then a couple of weeks ago i did some speed work (5 - Four minutes runs between 5:30 to 6:15 with a two minute rest.) I am planning on running a race June 5 th, a 10k.

Looking forward to UVM? I wonder if I am!
