Easy 10 miles on the trail in very minimal flats. Stayed on the soft shoulder today and it definitely payed off in dividends. My legs don't even feel as if they ran today for the most part. Pulled over into some nice shady trees and switched out of the treads. I then started my slightly crazy barefoot running experiment. Set the limit for 3 minutes just to start out on the safe side. But wait a minute maybe I should be doing this on grass perhaps I told myself? Oh well... it was interesting and also fun but this is going to take some time to get used to for sure. |
