Easy 10 mile aerobic run. No time, just ran easy and practiced form by running tall and relaxed.  Up to the canyon and back down.

Read some blogs over lunch and it never ceases to amaze me how some runners will run big and fast mileage while injured.   Runners are a determined lot, but I just can't think that running hard through injuries is productive.  Just my thought..

Also, running is compulsive behavior.

Yes Paul that's why I am holding off doing 140/mi week. LOL!

I know you're not talking about me right now- I've run 6 total miles in the past 19 days! :)

By the way, what is your picture of?

From steve ash on Thu, Feb 25, 2010 at 15:33:08 from 174.52.96.106

Jon, Are you talking about my blog pic? If so the radio in the background is a 1929 RCA AM regenerative radio.

And no I was not referring to you.

You and Paul are actually two of the smartest runners on the blog.:)

I restore antique radios for a hobby.

I was guessing it was a radio, but wasn't sure. And wasn't sure why you had it on there. Good answer, and interesting hobby.

I don't know if I would include me in the same sentence as Paul...

Woops, The RCA was the one next to me while I was sitting in the previous photo.

This one is a 1937 Kadette 1019.

Just to be accurate, I forgot I loaded this photo up on a different browser and did not see it until now. Weird..

I want to know how "these runners" can do it?! I have 2 stress fractures and there is NO way I could run on it even if I wanted to! Doesn't mean I still can't workout (pool running and biking), but NO way I could run on it!

Cool radio!
