AM-Easy 10 miles at 7-7:30/mile pace.  7th and 13th loop.  Putting more in later today hopefully as this weekend is not going to be easy in getting a little break from my boys.  Call me crazy but I actually regret giving away our jogging stroller!

PM-Took a nap for a couple of hours and headed out again for another 10 miles this afternoon with 3 min on 3 min off for 3 miles total of VO2 work. Really pushed on the downs as hard as I could to work on turnover and economy.  Oh man I am tired and very hungry and you know Cafe Rio just smelled way too good today.. 7th and 2300 east out and back course.  Easy jog for a cooldown on 7th.

I wish I had one of gizmos myself when daddy duty calls. You could always resort to Walter George "100-ups" or skipping rope, but watch the calves. You've got a solid week regardless.

Well, I have some options for tomorrow but I just need to get to bed early enough!
