| Today is my wife's birthday. I took another day off. After church we went bowling for only the second time in about 7 years. It was fun. |

In to work before 6am so no morning run. Trying to get some stuff done. Then after the bedtime routine had a nice evening run. It started raining about a mile in and felt so nice. The perfect summer rain. Because of the evening run I did break my deer sighting streak. Avg. 8:11 HR 142

Back up early and back to the deer. Two sets of three. Nothing else really to write about other than the deer. It is usually still dark when I run so spotting the deer under the street lamps is what I have.

| One of those humid mornings. My glasses fogged up a little. I think the deer know I'm on to them. This morning I could see them from my driveway, 5 of them. Then a little ways away I saw a 6th. Does it still count as a run if you don't get your HR over 100?

| Did not sleep well last night, although the total was the same I'm dragging today. More on the deer story. This morning I only saw two, from the driveway again. But this time there was a buck. Pretty good rack on it. It was a great temp out but still the super humid that my glasses fogged up a little. I'll have to look into contacts again :) No Garmin

| About the same as yesterday but the deer did sleep in. Today I saw four but all on the way back not on the way out. Happy Friday Avg. 9:45 HR 125

| Slowly getting back to it. Still dealing with the heel pain but happy to be getting some runs in. This morning I slept in a little and it was actually light out. So I did not see any deer but had a good run anyway. Did a new loop through an adjacent neighborhood. Avg. 9:01 HR 112
