| One of the few days I slept until my alarm. Overall a good day but no time for a run. Started with church then off to a house warming for a neighbor followed by guests visiting us. After the girls went down though I had to work instead of run... Up until midnight. |

| I can count on one hand the number of times I have been woken by an alarm clock since moving to Alabama. I hope that means I'm just getting enough rest. Up early and into lab to start the week. A very busy day. It is amazing how quickly things pile up. Now that I'm officially in the system a number of items have popped up that need to be taken care of. It is good and I am but it is keeping me from finishing off some work for Utah. I want that done so I can move on. In the evening I decided I needed a run so I went and did a little extra. | Up early for a run and then into work. Today had a number of paperwork surprises. It seemed like every time I opened my in box there was another e-mail that actually needed attention. I'm used to a lot of e-mail but normally 90% could be put aside. Lately it seems like 90% needs to be addressed and usually within a day or two. A little tough adapting but I enjoy the challenge. | Today is my fourth run that I have seen deer. I am not sure if it is the same one or switching around. I felt good this morning. Hopefully I can tick off a number of items. Up before 4am (no alarm) and took care of a little work before the run. Now off to lab. Avg. 8:22 HR 126

| I was impressed this morning. Started my run a little before 4:30am and still saw three other people out there. Also, saw 6 deer this morning and a 4-5 inch long millipede. It was even slightly cool at the start of the run. Avg. 8:46 HR 108?

| Managed to sleep a little extra. I was surprised even though I was earlier yesterday I saw three people. Today I didn't see any. I think that is the first day here not seeing someone else. I did see a deer. This one was much further into the subdivision. The new animal sighting was a momma opossum with three babies riding on her back. Have a great weekend. Avg. 9:00 HR 122
