| Still up before my alarm. But at least I got some decent sleep. I was up once or twice through the night with some storm action. This led to a very muggy run but it still felt good. I pushed a few stretches but still kept it relaxed. Anxious to get back to real training but need my schedule a little better defined and need a target race. | Happy Friday. This week seemed the most routine. It also marks the end of my first official week on the job. Things are going slower than I would like. I had hoped to have finished off more on the data end but I did at least get my office and computer setup finalized. So next week should be good to go. The run this morning was nice. Avg. 9:10 HR 120

| Did a few more miles with some spots a bit quicker but my heal did complain. Even with that it was a nice run. Then the day was chores around the house. I have to give it to Craftsman. We had purchased a lawnmower and weedwacker in St. Louis. They spent the last 7 years in storage as our last place had lawn care with the rent. I just filled them with the right gas and oil combos and they started right up. The lawnmower did need a gas line replaced which turned out to be the rest of my afternoon but all and all happy to have that done and to have mowed the grass again for the first time in over 7 years.
