| Not the best sleep. I would have thought I would have been exhausted but did not sleep well. Then a full 12 hour day at work. Needed a run though. Just took it easy.

| Sleep is just not my friend this week. Got in early to work and got a lot done but still feel months behind. Pushed the run a little harder tonight. It was funny I am to an intersection at the same time as this kid did. So as I passed I said how you doing. His response was fine until I got passed by an old man. First time I've been called that. But it sure helped me pick it up a bit after I passed him :)

| Definitely trying to find my breaking point this week. Everything has come together on this week. In early home intime for dinner and park, then run, and back to work. Hopefully will not be up until 2AM again... I was dragging out there but still took the time to unwind and reflect.

| Felt great finely catching up on sleep. This morning my wife met up with someone for a run so I just slept in. Went for a treadmill run after the game. Felt bad for Brazil, but they were not playing well. Maybe next time. I am looking forward to Germany's game tomorrow.
