| Up early. Worked for a little and then when I was headed out the door my daughter caught me and we ran together. She ran the whole way, we even saw a bunny.

| Did not sleep well. Not sure if it was a Monday thing or what. Stepped out of the door as my neighbor was passing so I ran with him. He just signed up for a half marathon in November. It was good to have some conversation during the run.

| Still trouble sleeping. In to work very early. Also, left early to catch some of the game. What a nail biter... It was still pretty toasty by the time I got out for the run, a little later than normal but felt good.

| In before 6AM, home at 6PM. Long day... Skipped dinner and went to park with girls. Then did run after bedtime. Different neighbor was passing the house today so I ran first 1.5 miles with him then continued on. Feeling good about today. Productive and fun, they should all be this way.

| What a great day. Up before the family for a long run. Then breakfast with the girls and World Cup games plus playing soccer an hour with the family. It feels great to continue my steady build in mileage (although the week was down).
