| For some ridiculous reason I was up at 4:30am... So I got into work a little earlier which was good since I was solid experiments from 5:30-3:15pm. Nothing special about the commute run in. I wish the inversion (SMOG) would have stayed away a bit longer after the snow storm. |

| Long run with a nice large group. It was a fun run and totally worth it but I pushed it too hard for how inconsistent my training has been. Did the way out with the whole group and then at the mill when the women broke off stayed with the larger group. That also happened to be when we started up hill and by the 7-eleven at the mouse of Big Cottonwood my gut said enough. After a pit stop I eased back into and caught up with Steve to finish off the run. We had a good conversation and helped each other as we attempt to figure out how to get back into it... As soon as I got home the girls were waiting at the door asking to go on a run so I went another mile or so with them (mostly walking). My knee was actually pretty angry with me later in the day but it was still worth it. Avg. 7:13 HR 162 Ascent 1527ft Descent 1515ft
