Caught back up on sleep. Let's hope tonight isn't another 4.5 hr... Today was all work, the home kind. Morning running errands and then some spring cleaning including completely emptying the garage and filling it back in. Then did a late afternoon run before dinner. Headed over to Memory Grove and then looped back home via State and 21st with the climb all the way up 21st home. There was a brutal headwind heading up to Memory Grove that actually felt cold. However, once I hit the mouth of City Creek I turned toward the Grove and it was a tailwind. I hammered a 5:01.51!!! Actually sort of a bummer. I can still count the number of times I've gone under 5min and I would have liked to have had that today. The rest of the run I just chilled out and enjoyed it. After dinner back to home related work. I'd let a few things slide with all the lab stuff going on... Looks like my next race with be UVM and likely my last UT race. Thanks to Logan for agreeing to be part of a CC team. Should be fun.
