AM: Not as cold as yesterday. Commute in.

Mi 3 Avg. 10:09 HR 127

PM: Another pretty good day. Got my progress report out to the NIH. So now back to life as normal. Two meetings coming up, one in Keystone, CO and trying to get the next paper out. Always another... Despite the cold running has felt pretty good the last few days. Unfortunately today was the last day of breathable air for awhile so... Let a little early and did a loop to Memory Grove with John before commute run home.

At least you'll be prepared for the COLD in Keystone... it is FRIGID there!

Good to see you this morning. Hard to imagine colder than it was the last two days... I'll have to run in my ski goggles...

The 9000+ feet of elevation is Keystone gives it an advantage in terms of potential coldness. But it still probably won't be any worse than earlier this week. When are you headed there?

From Adam RW on Wed, Jan 16, 2013 at 09:00:49 from 155.101.152.123

I leave the 3rd. The meeting has some free time for skiing. The last time I was there was in 2002!
